The agreed policy

A buyer may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, including after activating or using CopyLook. This voluntary policy does not limit any longer or additional statutory withdrawal rights or rights concerning faulty digital products.

CopyLook and checkout terms

Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms include a digital-content withdrawal clause. CopyLook’s voluntary full 14-calendar-day refund promise still applies after activation or use. This promise does not remove any statutory right. Live checkout and its contract confirmation remain pending.

After a request is sent

Keep your sent message. We will reply by email to acknowledge receipt and confirm the outcome. This page cannot confirm delivery or receipt of a request. Your email acknowledgment and outcome reply provide that record.

Refund method and timing

For a qualifying refund or withdrawal, we arrange a full refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a refund fee. Keep the acknowledgment and final refund confirmation; a copied template alone is not a submitted request.

Faulty digital products

The 14-day policy does not end your rights when a digital product is faulty. Contact support for correction and any further remedy available under applicable law. Longer or additional statutory rights remain preserved.

Access after a refund

Paid copying ends at the next online validation after refund revocation. A previously validated offline installation may retain access within its seven-day grace period. Contact support if a refunded installation still needs help.
